1 . What is Integrated Attachment Theory, and why should I care?
IAT is based on the idea that in childhood we developed subconscious limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns that dramatically affect our everyday adult lives, and that we can overcome the problematic patterns and see significant transformation!
2. What is my attachment style?
Everyone has their typical ways that they mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally respond to stimuli. There are 4 major patterns or attachment styles: 1) securely attached, 2) anxious-preoccupied, 3) dismissive avoidant, and 4) fearful avoidant a.k.a. disorganized. Bridget loves to help people accurately identify their main style!
