Courage: The #1 Relationship Tip

If you know nothing else about relationships, know this: Courage is the key.

Humans are capable of so much! It is usually our fear and apathy that hold us back, not our physical limitations.


How do we become successful in our relationships? By exercising faith in ourselves and in our potential, rather than giving in to fear.

Have the courage to

  • set goals (little ones are okay!)

  • get to know your feelings, especially your fears & wants

  • examine/confront your limiting beliefs & behaviors (e.g. procrastination)

  • ask for what you want

  • say what you really think/feel

  • open up to others

  • live according to your values

  • stop people-pleasing

  • seek the help of a therapist or relationship coach

We're biologically wired for connection - we can't be successful without the participation of other people. The more you cultivate health in yourself and in your relationships, the more satisfying your life will be. Deciding to have the courage to make the investment is where it all begins.
